What Level Do I Teach?

There are 12 levels of ESL in Canada. We call them the CLBs.

CLB 1 means you are just learning the alphabet (A, B, C, D, etc.)
CLB 6-7 is about right for community college technical programs.
CLB 12 means you have university-level English.

(For college or university, you must pass a test such as TOEFL or IELTS.)

I teach all CLB levels, but this website is for CLB 4.
